The app that tells you what changed.
One guided body photo a day. Every week, a plain-language note on what has visibly changed. No body-fat guesses, no numbers you can’t trust — and your photos never leave your phone unless you say so.
The problem
People who train or eat well consistently can’t see their own progress. Day-to-day change is invisible, mirrors lie, and most progress-photo apps either just store pictures or invent pseudo-precise numbers.
Daily Body does one cautious, honest thing: it watches over weeks and tells you what it sees — appearance only, never medical or composition claims.
How it works
Same photo, every day
A ghost of your reference pose sits over the camera. The shutter unlocks when you’re lined up. Under twenty seconds, no tripod ritual.
A quality gate before anything is saved
Bad light, wrong distance or a different pose get a specific message and a retake — so your timeline stays comparable.
A weekly note, in words
Visible change takes weeks; daily differences are mostly water, light and food. Daily Body compares across weeks and describes what it sees.
Built not to make you obsess
One capture a day. No daily comparison, by design. A wellbeing check-in whose cadence you set.
